Community Support Specialist - CSS-QOPC

The Position:
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Queen of Peace, is hiring a Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to develop, implement, and support individualized rehabilitation plans. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, connect individuals to vital resources, and provide hands-on coaching that helps clients rebuild essential life skills. This position includes one weeknight per week and one weekend coverage per month.
Recovery is more than treatment - it's rebuilding lives, restoring hope, and reconnecting people to purpose.
