Job Description A remote Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supporting service operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and experienced in managing service requests and technician coordination. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician dispatching Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests and updates Create, assign, and manage work orders in service management systems Track service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow-ups Communicate with field technicians to coordinate schedules and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of service activities, invoices, and documentation Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service‑related concerns professionally Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met Generate reports on service operations and performance metrics Coordinate parts, materials, or equipment needed for service jobs Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflows Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of proven experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with scheduling or CRM/dispatch systems (preferred) Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) Please note that devices such as MacBook Neos and Chromebooks are not fit for our roles. Note: The figures below reflect our 2026 ranges; each tenure milestone will increase each year. 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
