Our client is a well-established and growing import/export company with approximately $100 million in annual revenue . Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead core accounting operations and financial reporting functions. Position Summary The Accounting & Finance Manager will oversee the month-end close process, financial reporting, consolidations, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, experience within the import/export industry, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English . Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports Prepare and review consolidated financial statements Lead general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and journal entries Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Coordinate external audits and support tax-related activities Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies Collaborate with domestic and international business partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) Import/export industry experience (required) 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting Experience preparing consolidated financial statements Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Sage Accounting/ERP systems strongly preferred Experience in a multi-entity or international business environment Inventory and distribution accounting experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Annual bonus opportunity Stable and growing organization with strong leadership High-visibility role with opportunities for advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
