Night Shift NICU Travel Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift NICU Travel Nurse to join our team. This is a 13-week contract position focused on providing high-quality care to neonates in a Level II NICU setting. The qualified candidate will have experience in neonatal care and will be responsible for attending high-risk deliveries, managing feeding tubes, and ventilator support.

Responsibilities

• Attend all vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Manage and administer CPAP/BiPap treatments.
• Perform neonatal dosage calculations and support ventilator management.
• Provide feeding assistance using various methods (bottle, breast, gavage).
• Assist in the care and management of infants at 32 weeks or greater.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• Active compact RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, CLS.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with charting systems and patient ratios in a NICU setting.

Schedule

The selected candidate will work on a night shift schedule consisting of 3 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
