Sales Associate / Key Sales / Seasonal Opportunities - Banter by Piercing Pagoda Location: Arizona Mills Mall, Store 3898, Tempe, AZ Job Type: Part-time (Entry level) Overview Join Banter by Piercing Pagoda, a kiosk operated by Signet Jewelers, to help customers express love and themselves. This role rewards dynamic career paths and a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Engage customers, understand needs, and present merchandise and features. Offer extended service plans and financing options. Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior experience. Meet individual and team sales goals. Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed. Qualifications One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience preferred (not required). Integrity, diversity, and teamwork commitment. Desire to grow and provide a superior customer experience. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus commission on sales.
