If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to View email address on click.appcast.io learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Required Skills & Experience Litigation Support Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and filings Track deadlines under CA and Federal rules and maintain case calendars Coordinate document production, depositions, and discovery responses Trial Support Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions Handle trial filings, service, and courtroom logistics Provide in-court trial support (exhibits, documents, witnesses) Assist with post-trial motions Appellate Support Help prepare and file notices of appeal Track appellate deadlines and briefing schedules Assemble appellate appendixes and coordinate e-filings Technology & EDiscovery Use e-discovery and litigation support tools (Relativity, CS Disco, etc.) Manage large document reviews and productions Support trial presentations using trial software (TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar) Nice to Have Skills & Experience In-State/Out-State Subpeonas Law-Based Education Tech Savvy Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
