Overview

Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of a dedicated single-specialty group located in the Tampa Bay region . We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach to patient care within a family-friendly atmosphere. Both seasoned physicians and residents are encouraged to apply!

Practice Highlights

• Become a member of a well-established and expanding practice with three locations in the Tampa area (Safety Harbor, Trinity, Westchase).
• The team consists of 4 OB physicians, 1 GYN physician, and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives, with plans to add another physician to support growth.
• On-call schedule is 1:4 for weekdays and weekends, with midwives handling the first call.
• Deliveries take place at Mease Countryside Hospital, which has a Level II NICU, with the practice delivering around 25-30 babies monthly.
• Excellent opportunity to perform gynecological surgeries; the practice boasts the highest volume of robotic surgeries for any single physician at the hospital.
• Outstanding mentorship available for recent graduates; the physician owner offers training at the practice and other facilities.
• Potential for partnership within the practice.

Compensation Highlights

• Attractive compensation package starting at a base salary of $300,000, commensurate with experience.
