If so, MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy wants to hear from you!Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Through positive reinforcement and structured interventions, you’ll empower our “kiddos” to build independence and improve their quality of life.Support Children Through Personalized Play Therapy – Use evidence-based ABA techniques to help children learn essential life skills.Promote Positive Behavioral Growth – Implement interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and create a structured, supportive learning environment.Track and Drive Progress – Collect behavioral data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with Families – Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across home, school, and community settings.Bring Treatment Plans to Life – Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care.Maintain Clear Communication – Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes.About MetroEHS Pediatric TherapyFor over 20 years, MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy has been a leader in providing integrated pediatric therapy services throughout Southeast Michigan.
