Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs). Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication. Compensation: As a Field Flex Agent, you will be compensated per completed task. Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks. Additional Earning Opportunities Personal Transactions Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
