Content Creator (Videography, Photography & Editing) About The Ag Center The Ag Center is a fast-growing, all-in-one platform serving California agriculture. We connect growers with products, services, and financing—all in one place. Through our digital media presence, and media arm- AGC News, we produce high-impact content that educates, informs, and showcases the people and operations driving the ag industry forward. Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and self-sufficient Content Creator with strong videography, photography, and editing skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that performs both visually and strategically across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for capturing real, in-field moments and transforming them into polished, engaging content that aligns with The Ag Center’s brand and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality video and photo content on‑location (farms, events, job sites, interviews, etc.) Edit and produce engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches that resonate with the agriculture audience Optimize content based on platform algorithms and performance trends Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams to align on campaigns and messaging Stay ahead of content trends, editing styles, and platform updates Assist in planning and executing content shoots (pre‑production to final delivery) Organize and manage content libraries and assets Qualifications Must have knowledge of camera equipment and gear including lenses, audio, stabilization, etc. Proven experience in content creation (videography, photography, and editing) Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) Proficiency in editing software such as: Ability to shoot in dynamic, outdoor environments (ag fields, job sites, etc.) Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and composition Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Experience creating content that drives engagement, reach, and brand awareness What We’re Looking For Someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver—not just one piece of the process A creative thinker who understands both aesthetic and strategy A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, real‑world environments Someone excited to bring a fresh, modern perspective to agriculture content Why Join The Ag Center Be part of a growing, innovative company in California agriculture Opportunity to work across multiple brands, services, and media platforms Creative freedom to shape content and storytelling at scale Work on real, impactful projects that connect with growers and industry leaders How to Apply Please submit your resume and a portfolio showcasing your work and successes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
