Position School-Based Outpatient Clinician – Caroline County Public Schools Full‑time, 10‑month position aligned with the academic year. About LifeBridge Counseling Based in Richmond with multiple Virginia locations, LifeBridge Counseling has served families and individuals since 2015. Our approach centers on building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in honesty, trust, and acceptance, offering outpatient therapy in person and via tele‑health across a wide array of clinical modalities. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group outpatient therapy in the school setting. Use evidence‑based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities. Collaboration with school staff, other clinicians, and community partners such as True North Health Clinic and Intercept Health. Document services accurately in the electronic health record. Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or in the process of licensure (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work). Post‑graduate clinical experience with children, adolescents, or families. Demonstrated commitment to evidence‑based practice and ethical standards.
