Program Director - Water Infrastructure

The opportunity
\nLead a strategic, multi-year water infrastructure program for a major semiconductor manufacturing customer in Arizona: ultra-pure water, water reclaim and wastewater treatment, from detailed engineering to commissioning. You will own delivery, P&L and the executive customer relationship, at the head of a large international project organisation, working closely with EPC partners, contractors and the client's regional leadership.

- Lead delivery from engineering to handover \n
- Own P&L, cash flow and margin \n
- Manage contracts, claims and change orders \n
- Act as executive customer interface \n
- Lead PM, engineering, construction and HSE teams \n
What you bring
\n- \n
- 15+ years in EPC, water or process industries \n
- Led capital projects above USD 100M \n
- Strong commercial and contractual record \n
- UPW or semiconductor projects a strong plus \n
- Eligible to work in the United States; fluent English \n
