Assistant Property Manager: LIHTC & Affordable Housing

Regency Arms in Grove City, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing efforts, and resident relations at an affordable housing community.

The successful candidate will have HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain compliance, perform move-ins/outs, and assist with budgeting and reporting.
