This role is responsible for planning and executing dealer communications, tradeshows, and large-scale meetings to strengthen brand presence, enhance engagement, and support corporate objectives.**Key Areas of Responsibilities:*** Develop and manage communication strategies for the NA dealer network, ensuring consistent messaging and brand compliance.* Lead planning and execution of regional tradeshows, dealer meetings, and incentive trips, including venue selection, contract negotiations, logistics, and budget management* Create and distribute content for newsletters, announcements, and event-related communications.* Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and event collateral.* Manage vendor relationships for event services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.* Monitor and report on event performance and communication effectiveness to support continuous improvement.**Key Performance Indicators:*** Successful execution of events within budget and timelines.* Effective and timely dealer communications.* Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and dealer network.**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.* 5–7 years of experience in communications and event management.* Strong project management and organizational skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.**Why Join Kinetico:*** Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Insurance Coverage* Employer Provided Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits* 401(k) Contribution Matching Program* Employer Funded Defined Contribution Plan* Paid Vacation, Holidays and Community Service Volunteer Time-off Benefit* Wellness Program* Educational Assistance Reimbursement Program**Our Commitment and Difference:**Founded in 1970, Kinetico was started by two engineers who pioneered the development of non-electric, fully automatic water treatment systems.
