What You Will Do Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property matters. Conduct thorough research to support legal claims and strategies. Assist in the preparation of filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Manage and organize case files and documentation for efficient accessibility. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and timelines. Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for intellectual property assets. Communicate with clients and external parties regarding case progress and requirements. Ideal Candidate Background 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in intellectual property law. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing legal documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience with patent and trademark filings. Familiarity with legal research databases and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
