Behavioral Health Clinician

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our clients clinical team. This position provides a full range of behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group therapy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team while providing high-quality behavioral health services in a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy. Conduct behavioral health intakes and complete clinical assessments as indicated. Maintain an active caseload while meeting established productivity standards. Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans. Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other providers and agencies involved in treatment. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Demonstrate knowledge and competency in behavioral health diagnosis, assessment, and treatment. Apply appropriate clinical knowledge and skills related to individual, group, and family systems. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Provide services consistent with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health discipline. 1–5 years of experience. Connecticut independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent. Knowledge and competency in behavioral health diagnosis, assessment, and treatment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
