In this active dock role, you will load and unload inbound/outbound shipments, stage products, organize inventory, and keep freight moving safely across the floor. Material Movement: Move products and staging materials across the floor using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if trained/certified). Product Staging: Organize, stack, and stage incoming freight and outgoing orders in designated bays. Team Operations: Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily shift output and dock productivity goals. Workstation Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant dock areas following facility guidelines. What You Need Experience Level: Prior experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or material movement preferred. Pace & Work Ethic: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive loading tasks efficiently.
