Swim Instructor British Swim School of Denver & Highlands Ranch Responsibilities Teach swimming lessons to preschool and elementary-aged children, focusing on water safety and stroke development. Prepare and maintain lesson plans that promote a child‑focused environment. Build confidence in children ages 3 months to 4 years and provide a supportive learning experience. Communicate progress and safety guidelines to parents. Participate in specialized British Swim School training to deliver the unique teaching approach. Qualifications Enthusiastic and service-oriented personality. High school diploma. Experience working with children preferred. Swimming experience of 1–2 years preferred. Customer‑service skills of at least 1 year preferred. Lifeguarding/First‑Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred (may be provided to the right candidate). Benefits Paid training program.
