Assembler (High-Precision Assembly)

Assemblers to perform detailed, precision assembly of small plastic components. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with very small parts throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has experience with delicate assembly work and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Individuals with smaller hands or exceptional finger dexterity often perform well in this role due to the size of the components being assembled, but applicants are evaluated based on their ability to perform the job functions.

Payrate:$ 17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM- 3:30PM (Some weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small plastic components according to work instructions
• Perform detailed, repetitive hand assembly with a high degree of accuracy
• Inspect finished products for quality defects
• Maintain production standards while ensuring product quality
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to handle and assemble very small parts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
