By combining accurate service with personalized financial guidance, the Advisor strengthens member loyalty and helps more people choose solutions that support their financial well-being. What You’ll Do Deliver accurate, efficient financial transactions through the ITM platform while creating an exceptional member experience. Build trusted relationships by listening closely, understanding member needs, and offering practical, need-aligned guidance. Connect members with products and services that can save time, reduce costs, and support their financial goals. Strengthen member loyalty by resolving concerns, addressing account-closure requests, and building confidence in Credit Human. Protect members and the credit union by following operational, security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Improve the member experience by sharing feedback, emerging needs, and service trends with leaders and internal partners. Maintain reliable ITM operations through accurate balancing, self-audits, issue research, and opening and closing procedures. Experience: Required Experience with cash handling, general ledger accounting, and account administration 2 to 3 years of customer service experience Preferred Banking experience Skills & Knowledge: Required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and a pleasant personality Practices attentive and active listening and establishes and maintains effective relationships with Credit Human members Excellent inquiry skills and a deep desire to help others with their financial health Deep knowledge of branch and teller operations processes Deep knowledge of financial service products and services Able to demonstrate mastery of Service Excellence Able to demonstrate mastery of Maximizing Member Relationships Makes high-quality decisions in a timely manner based upon knowledge of Credit Union policies, analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment Dependable and punctual and able to retain confidential information Relates well to all kinds of people and can build constructive and effective relationships Excellent and attentive listening skills Intellectually curious, rigorous, hardworking, and possessing good business intuition Ability to organize and prioritize workload Willingness to take on any tasks with flexibility and creativity Experience with all Microsoft Office applications Preferred Episys and/or Teller Enterprise Experience Education: Required High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Some college Licenses & Certifications: Required Employees must demonstrate Spanish language proficiency by passing the Foreign Language Incentive Program assessment within the first 90 days of employment. Schedule: A shift during the business hours of Monday through Friday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM and Saturday, 8:00AM - 3:00PM Paygrade: 1CA The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 - $24.10 hourly.
