Tech Procurement & Vendor Ops Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Procurement & Vendor Operations Coordinator in Blacksburg, VA. Summary: We are seeking a mid-level Technology Procurement & Vendor Operations Coordinator with hands-on experience managing purchase requests, supplier onboarding, Statements of Work, contract workflows, and technology renewals. This role requires strong knowledge of Workday, Jira, procurement operations, financial controls, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Duties Include:

• Prepare and submit purchase requests with accurate pricing, vendor details, business justification, and required approvals
• Manage procurement requests through approval, fulfillment, budget reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with budget owners, finance business partners, procurement teams, and technology stakeholders
• Track supplier agreements, software renewals, technology cost centers, and opportunities for contract consolidation
• Create supplier requests in Workday and support single-source justification and vendor onboarding activities
• Review Statements of Work and contracts for scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, signatures, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, recurring meetings, agendas, performance metrics, meeting notes, and action-item tracking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in technology procurement, vendor management, purchasing operations, or contract administration
• Hands-on experience processing purchase requests and supplier workflows in Workday
• Proficiency with Jira for task management, ticket tracking, reporting, and workflow visibility
• Experience reviewing SOWs, supplier agreements, contracts, pricing terms, and legal approval requirements
• Proven ability to facilitate QBRs and coordinate meetings across internal teams and external vendors
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
