Senior Medical Director, Hematology (Tampa)

Use Your Power for Purpose This position is for a Senior Medical Director within the Hematology program. This individual contributor position will be responsible for supporting clinical trial(s) and lead subteams in clinical development. The successful candidate should ideally have prior experience in clinical trials, supporting development programs, health authority interactions and demonstrated leadership capabilities.In this role, you will: What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications): Medical degree with 5+ years clinical/industry experience. inical experience in academia/industryLate-stage clinical development experience. Experience overseeing and providing clinical development leadership across several study teams. Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to colleagues from all disciplines and levels Strong strategic and analytical skills Bonus To Have (Preferred Qualifications): Leadership or management experience Experience across multiple phases of clinical development and across drug classes in oncology Late clinical development experience in hematology highly preferred Work Location Assignment: This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week.
