Job Title: Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients in a 20-bed cardiac observation unit. The role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients' cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Document patient care and condition in electronic medical records.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telemetry RN.
Current RN license and BLS & ACLS certifications.
Ability to float to equal or lesser acuity units.
Must work every other weekend and some holidays.
