Business Analyst - AI & Enterprise Systems

Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek a business analyst with 3+ years of experience on technology or process-improvement initiatives, ideally including AI/ML or data-driven work.
• We require strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation, including user stories, process maps, and data-flow diagrams.
• We need someone who is comfortable collaborating with business subject-matter experts, technical architects, and engineers.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other industry-specific platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis, including spreadsheets and SQL queries, is needed to validate assumptions against real data.
• Strong written communication skills are required to produce clear specifications for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting UAT and defining acceptance criteria is required.
• A bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Preferred experience includes documenting requirements for AI or agentic systems, such as risk scoring, approval routing, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Background in supply chain, procurement, or asset management processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory or audit-driven business rules, such as SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, or similar, is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple sequenced workstreams with a shared delivery team is preferred.
• The posting also lists 3 years of business analysis experience, 3 years of gathering and documenting technology requirements, 2 years of writing user stories and acceptance criteria, 2 years of supporting UAT and testing, 2 years of mapping business processes and workflows, and 2 years of working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems.

• We lead discovery workshops with client subject-matter experts to capture business rules, data sources, and process flows for each AI agent.
• We document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the platform and each agent build.
• We map current business processes and system-of-record data to proposed AI-driven workflows.
• We identify and document cross-agent dependencies and handoff points.
• We translate governance and compliance needs, including approval routing, audit evidence, and segregation of duties, into testable business rules.
• We facilitate structured walkthroughs of draft requirements and wireframes with business and technical stakeholders.
• We support UAT by writing test scenarios based on real business rules and validating results against expected behavior.
• We maintain a living requirements traceability matrix from business need through delivered feature.
• We assist the Program Manager in scoping change requests by evaluating requirement impact.
• We document current-state and target-state workflows to support change management.
