Customer Intake Coordinator / Sales Development RepresentativeAVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save® Partner, is seeking an experienced, outgoing and highly motivated Customer Intake Coordinator / Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sutton working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and earning $55,000+ with uncapped commissions by assisting prospective customers in reviewing their needs and scheduling no-cost home energy assessments with cutting edge tools and technology to improve homeowners energy efficiency and utility cost savings.As our Customer Intake Coordinator You will be responsible for qualifying Massachusetts and New Hampshire homeowners and renters to see if their residence qualifies for energy efficient incentives and a no-cost home energy assessment from the Mass Save program. This will include fielding a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails and working within the company Salesforce CRM and Hancock scheduling tool.Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:Qualify and schedule Massachusetts homeowners and renters for no-cost energy assessmentsManage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from prospective customersComplete a high volume of outbound calls and emails to interested customer leads and referralsReach and exceed agreed-upon monthly marketing and sales targetsSet follow up appointments and emails as necessary to support customer prospectsWorking with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams to properly identify and assign customer and lead inquiriesFollow a proven marketing and sales process to achieve goals within the desired deadlineSchedule customer home energy assessment appointments for our Energy Efficiency SpecialistsWork within Salesforce CRM and EPlus home energy assessment softwareStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insulation technology and energy efficiencyOther duties as assignedQualifications:1-2 years similar experience in sales or marketing of residential home work or construction1+ years of experience with the Mass Save® program or similar residential home auditing program a plusPrior experience in a high-volume phone sales handling outbound and inbound calls and emailPrior experience with Salesforce CRM preferredProficient in English, if you speak Spanish or Portuguese it's a plusSelf-motivated and an ability to work independently or as part of a teamOutstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all timesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines to achieve goalsConsent to a background check and drug test screeningBenefits:Flexible work scheduleHealth, Dental and Vision insuranceFSA and HSA availableLife insurance and Short-Term DisabilityMultiple Weeks of Paid time off & Paid company holidaysPhone reimbursementUncapped commissions and bonusesContinuous training and growth opportunitiesReferral program for Customers and EmployeesAbout AVID Energy Solutions:AVID Energy Solutions is a proud Mass Save® Partner dedicated to helping home owners reduce their energy output and save on their monthly utility bills.
