Portable Toilet Route Driver


Location: Laramie, WY
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Higher pay available for CDL holders)

Express Employment is seeking dependable, hardworking Portable Toilet Route Driver to join our top clients' team. This position plays an important role in serving construction sites, events, and customers throughout the region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime during our busy summer season. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and room to grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets at customer locations
• Service portable toilets by pumping out waste tanks
• Clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restock units on-site
• Operate vacuum pumping equipment and service truck
• Load, unload, and position portable toilets safely
• Complete daily route schedules efficiently and professionally
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Physical Requirements


This is a physically demanding position that requires:

• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of portable toilet units
• Carrying and handling heavy vacuum hoses and equipment
• Repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL is preferred but not required
• CDL holders may qualify for higher starting pay
• Good sense of direction and ability to navigate rural and remote locations
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes
• Experience operating service trucks or similar equipment is a plus, but training is available
