Responsibilities The role includes handling a variety of commercial tax matters as a go tax lawyer for the firm. Work might involve: Tax credit, tax credit financing, partnership tax, corporate acquisitions, finance documents and equity partnership agreements. Experience with tax advantages, real estate development, low income tax credit syndication experience could be attractive. Required Experience Comfortable experience listed in the responsibility section listed above. Experience Level Seasoned lawyer with enough experience listed in the responsibility section listed above to know what you are doing and know your resources. *Will consider candidates from law firm, corporate or public accounting experience. Educational/Credentials An LLM in Tax or CPA is preferred not necessary.
