Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate (Pool industry experience required)

Location SPP Virginia Beach, VA – 435A, 4500 Progress Rd, Suite B, Norfolk, Virginia – 23502 Pay & Hours Pay: $18 – $23 per hour, plus up to $2,500 through performance bonuses. Responsibilities Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers and representing the company professionally. Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently. Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery. Secure payment of invoices with proper funds or obtain credit authorization according to company policy. Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs. Estimate delivery dates to customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules. Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 1+ year(s) related inside sales experience preferred. Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly. Strong counter presence and ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day. Strong customer‑service attitude. Good computer skills, including MS Office programs. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues. Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful.
