- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team
- High school diploma required; Associate, Bachelors in ECE, or CDA preferred
- 12 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Abuse Prevention and CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety
