FSQA Manager

Job Title: FSQA Manager Location: Norcross, GA Shift: 1st Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus: Yes Relo: Yes What's the Job? Lead the plant's food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. Manage and develop the FSQA team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of prerequisite programs and BRC standards, serving as the BRC practitioner for the facility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key performance indicators related to environmental performance, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. Represent the organization during audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections, ensuring transparency and compliance. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; graduate degree preferred. HACCP, GFSI certifications required; auditing accreditation preferred. Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in food safety and quality management. Experience with USDA meat processing is preferred. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
