Associate Contracts Manager

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Associate Contracts Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is a Hybrid Role in San Francisco, CA 94080 . Job Description Pay: $35.00 - $43.44/hr. to Start!! 3-month assignment, possibility for extension based on performance and budget. Hybrid Role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts). Position will be mainly responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and supporting contract administration activities within a research environment. Position will draft, process, track, and manage agreements while coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, scientists, and external partners. Position will support agreement execution, maintain accurate contract records and databases, and assist with shipment coordination and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is Required! 2 - 4 years of contracts experience is Required! Knowledge of scientific terminology (such as DNA, antibodies, biologics, and related therapeutics information) is required. Experience with MS Office or Google Applications is Required!
