Conducting job function and task analysis to understand the work from the user's perspective, and develops procedures that reflect the standards of the role. Designing and recommending documentation strategies to meet the business and employees' needs. Developing detailed, step-by-step procedures and reference materials. Managing annual SOP maintenance review process and administering documentation repository.
