Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist (MLT/MT)

Job Summary: Seeking an MLT/MT to conduct diagnostic testing as per physician orders under supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment, ensuring quality assessments, and managing workloads efficiently. Role may involve mentoring staff/students upon approval.

Requirements:

• Registered MLT/MT with valid credentials (ASCP, NCAMLP, AMT, ASMT or equivalent) or eligible within six (6) months.
• Proficient in lab instruments and result interpretation.
• Effective communicator.
• Capable of patient care across ages.
• Familiarity with laboratory policies and procedures.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work within set guidelines.
