  Essential Responsibilities:
  - Assist with surgery, urgent care, and general practice cases. - Perform advanced technical skills with confidence and precision. - Monitor anesthesia and provide exceptional perioperative patient care. - Support diagnostics, treatments, nursing care, and client communication. - Help manage daily hospital flow and operational efficiency. - Provide real-time support and direction to the medical team. - Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall client and patient experience.
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  - RVT/LVT credential (or equivalent experience where applicable). - Advanced veterinary technical skills with a strong foundation in anesthesia and surgery. - Previous experience in a fast-paced veterinary hospital (urgent care, ER, or high-volume practice preferred). - Outstanding communication and organizational skills. - The ability to multitask while remaining composed and professional under pressure. - A natural leader who is humble, collaborative, and accountable. - Dependable, driven, and proud of the work you do every day.
