This PCU travel nurse job in Albany, New York, with Advantis Medical is a 6-week Travel PCU Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Albany Medical Center. Responsibilities

• Manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring
• Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
• Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned

Travel PCU Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent PCU experience.
• Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by New York and national regulatory bodies.
