Job Duties & Essential Functions Transcribes doctors' orders and accurately communicates this information to appropriate personnel. Maintains and updates patient records as delegated by the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse or other Nursing leader. Performs clerical functions as needed. Assists with telephone calls and channels information to appropriate person. Other duties as deemed appropriate by Management. Required Experience And Qualifications High School diploma Attention to detail Visual and auditory acuity Preferred Experience And Qualifications Computer knowledge Knowledge of medical terminology Current BLS provider certification from the American Heart Association As part of employment at Southampton Hospital, there may be occasions when travel to other locations is needed to support operational needs. Anticipated Pay Range The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established based on relevant experience.
