Warehouse Assembly and Packing Associate

Join a growing warehouse team where you will assemble products, create packaging, and prepare orders for shipment. This role combines hands-on assembly, material handling, and packing in a fast-paced environment, supporting efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Create and prepare boxes and other packaging materials for outgoing orders.
• Pack finished products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare orders for shipment from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle materials and products throughout the warehouse in a safe and organized manner.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing 5060 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals.

Essential Skills

• 23 years of warehouse experience.
• 23 years of assembly experience.
• Proficiency in packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Experience with material handling in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to regularly lift 5060 pounds safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You will work in a warehouse environment alongside a team of about 10 colleagues. The setting is hands-on and physical, with regular lifting and movement of materials. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and long sleeves, aligned with safety and comfort requirements for warehouse work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
