Outside Sales Representative

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality uniforms, body armor, equipment, and exceptional customer service to first responders throughout the region. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales - Public Safety Equipment representative to manage and grow our uniforms and body armor business throughout Southern Ohio. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, recommend uniform and body armor solutions, conduct product demonstrations, manage fittings, and drive sales growth This position will operate primarily from our Southern Ohio facility while actively calling on existing and prospective customers throughout the territory. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with public safety agencies and municipal customers Prospect and identify new business opportunities throughout Southern Ohio Present and demonstrate uniform and body armor products to customers Conduct equipment evaluations, sizing, and fitting appointments Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses Manage customer orders from initial contact through delivery Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM Meet or exceed established sales goals and territory growth objectives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record as company car will be provided for business travel Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM Ability to travel throughout Southern Ohio regularly Experience selling uniforms, body armor, law enforcement equipment, or public safety products Knowledge of public safety agencies and procurement processes Existing relationships within law enforcement, fire, or EMS communities Compensation and Benefits $58,000 base plus 10% monthly net sales Full-Time/non-exempt Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career growth opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00 pm Schedule could vary due to customer needs or trade show attendance.
