What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, including management of patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Support routine procedures, patient education, and care coordination
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Support a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment and patient satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Minnesota RN license and current Board Certification as an NP or PA in Oncology/Hematology
• At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within outpatient oncology
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
