Position Summary: The Med/Surg/Tele Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Med/Surg/Tele units, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of service excellence and professional development.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. The MST Manager partners closely with Clinical Supervisors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, maintain labor efficiency, and uphold standards in documentation, patient safety, and core quality measures. They play a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and competency validation, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce capable of meeting evolving unit needs.

Qualifications include a Registered Nurse with current California RN license, current BLS certification, ACLS certification, two years of recent department specific experience, charge nurse or supervisory expertise in department specific preferred, Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required, and Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
