This is not your typical technician role—it's about offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers' systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer's needs.You'll combine your HVAC expertise with sales techniques to identify opportunities for service upgrades, system replacements, and other solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Your goal? To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business.Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systemsEnsure all work complies with industry standards and company protocolsEngage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long runIdentify and present HVAC product and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis.
