Job Description
Steuben Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Bath, NY.

Duties:
\n- \n
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff \n
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families \n
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests \n
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations \n
- Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing \n
- Manage documentation of resident care services \n
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required \n
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff \n
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Basic computer skills \n
