We're currently seeking a full-time Large Format Sign & Vinyl Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of large-format print production, including printer operation, finishing, vinyl application, quality control, and installation preparation. The position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, production accuracy, and overall execution across a wide range of signage and visual communication projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where priorities can shift quickly. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with teammates, and values consistency, organization, and follow-through. Responsibilities

• Digital print production related to sign production
• Print, bindery & finishing, and installation of signage products
• Large format & sign finishing, including installation
• Understanding of large format design and execution is a plus: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates, including vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations
• Other essential functions needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output
• Inter-departmental support, as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operating wide-format printers and associated equipment for commercial sign companies or printers
• Proven understanding or experience using equipment, including large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll to roll printers, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.

• Mechanically inclined
• Valid driver's license
• We are looking for someone passionate about growing a signs business within an already thriving business. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a really strong, high-attitude candidate and someone who wants a really high-demand, cool gig.
