Midland Health is seeking a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Provider with hospitalist experience to join Midland Inpatient Medical Associates (MIMA). MIMA serves the Permian Basin and its surrounding communities at Midland Memorial Hospital with a catchment area boasting 450,000 people. MIMA is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented APP to join its inpatient team of 16 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on night service in Midland, Texas.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Master's Program or graduate degree in Master of Science in nursing
- Texas License
- Minimum two years of experience in hospitalist or ICU
- Procedural training/experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days on 7 days off
- Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care during nocturnist shifts
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the night
