Responsibilities

• Gathering information during the media strategy and planning stage
• Mastering media research tools to understand competitive insights
• Partnering with Connections Strategy to pull audience information in proprietary tools
• Assisting in developing and executing multi-channel media plans
• Managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with internal agency activation teams and marketplace partners
• Maintaining flowcharts to ensure accurate tracking of media plans in market
• Inputting data into client-facing presentation formats
• Organizing and overseeing the trafficking and implementation process of creative
• Working closely with client and agency analytics, ad operations, and creative teams

Qualifications

• Four years of college education and one to three years of experience in an office environment
• Computer skills and an intuitive understanding of digital tools
• Effective time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Amazing communication skills
• Proficiency in managing numbers
• A love of media and the motivation to learn
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools is a plus

Compensation Range: $50,065-$73,944 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
