• Build relationships with leads and identify new sales opportunities.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate License.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect with and understand diverse client needs.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
