The role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and IT to drive standardization, disciplined change management, and data integrity across regions and functions. The role is expected to influence senior levels, make tradeThis role owns outcomes, not just systems - delivering ERP stability today while positioning Specialized for enterprise scale, regulatory readiness, and future ERP transformation.RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.10+ years experience in retail and retail operations.Proven people management experience coaching, hiring, and performance managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impactExperience leading programs and process automation.
