Scrum Master

Scrum MasterLocation: Juno Beach, FL Duration: Long-Term ContractScrum Masters with strong knowledge and experience working across multiple teams on large scale projects. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing SAP projects. The individual will be responsible for interfacing with the business unit leaders and key subject matter experts across multiple teams simultaneously. They will also be responsible for interfacing with peripheral IT organizations including SAP Basis, Analytics & Reporting, Cyber Security, and Architecture Organizations.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams in line with strategic business objectives and organization guidelines:Acquire and coordinate necessary resources to meet project needs.Plan and track all project activities using Jira, Portfolio, Teams, Sharepoint and other project management tools.Manage project scope, time and cost to meet client commitments.Lead various project meetings: Product Backlog Prioritization, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Retrospective, Program Increment Planning, etc.Manage Program increment and sprints effectivelyEnsure quality of project team deliverables.Document and report status and issues.Anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocksWork with business analysts and solution architects to develop high level understanding of scope and translate the requirements into effective project plan.Conduct planning sessions with various stakeholders to create documented management plans that specify the project plan and scope.Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects and ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented.Collaborate with Client IT team and other stakeholders for all technical needs.Upon project completion conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of services from implementation to support.Manage and support the project prioritization and intake process.Prepare status reports for BU and IT Leadership meetings.Deliver quality deliverables for management requests in a timely manner with resiliency and flexibilityManage and adapt to changes effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.SAFE Agile Certification requiredPMP preferredMinimum of 3 years of in-depth experience in agile, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions.Solid project management and team leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast paced, technical environment.Excellent planning, organizational skills and ability to follow-through until process are completed.Experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects.Experience in SAPExtensive experience and expertise with Atlassian tools: Jira, Portfolio, Qmetery, ConfluenceProficient in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharepointExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbout Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Corporation, was founded in 2007, to offer innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
