Dunzo Homes is looking for a driven, competitive, and confident Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist / Closer to join our team in Arlington, TX.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION.

This opportunity is built for someone who wants the autonomy and earning potential of working for themselves without having to build a career from scratch. We provide the leads, systems, training, and tools. You bring the ambition, personality, and ability to close.

This is not a role where your income is determined by seniority or how many hours you spend sitting at a desk. It's a full-cycle sales position where your results directly determine your income.

You'll take ownership of opportunities from the initial seller conversation through the signed purchase agreement. You'll speak directly with homeowners, meet sellers face-to-face throughout DFW, evaluate opportunities, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals.

If you're competitive, persuasive, comfortable taking the lead in a conversation, and energized by the opportunity to control your own results and earning potential , you'll have room to perform here.

Commission-based

$120,000–$150,000+ On-Target Annual Earnings

There is no base salary or guaranteed compensation. The $120,000–$150,000 range represents on-target annual earnings for a successful Acquisitions Specialist meeting performance expectations and is not guaranteed.

Your compensation is directly tied to the deals you close, and there is no fixed earnings ceiling.

$120,000 - $150,000 OTE

• Take ownership of company-provided homeowner leads and move opportunities toward a decision

• Speak with homeowners to uncover their situation, motivation, goals, and what matters most to them

• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with different personalities

• Follow up persistently and keep opportunities moving forward

• Set and attend seller appointments throughout the DFW area

• Meet homeowners face-to-face and confidently lead the sales conversation

• Evaluate potential real estate transactions and determine viable deal structures

• Present offers and clearly communicate our purchasing process

• Navigate objections and difficult conversations without losing control of the relationship

• Negotiate price and purchase terms directly with property owners

• Ask for the business and close

• Obtain signed purchase agreements

• Manage your pipeline from initial contact through contract

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks so opportunities don't fall through the cracks

• Research and identify correct property-owner contact information when necessary

• Are competitive and strongly motivated by performance-based income

• Want your results and earning potential to depend primarily on your own performance

• Are confident, persuasive, and comfortable taking the lead in conversations

• Naturally connect with people and can quickly build rapport

• Enjoy negotiating and aren't intimidated by objections or difficult conversations

• Are coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process without needing every conversation scripted for you

Previous real estate experience is helpful but not required . Strong experience in sales, negotiation, business development, commission sales, or closing is highly valued.

We care more about your ability to communicate, influence, negotiate, take initiative, and close than whether you've previously worked in real estate.
