Position: Threading Operator
Pay: $18.00

Location: Joliet, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Threading Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Operate machinery in the manufacturing process of steel parts
• Set up equipment and inspect materials for quality compliance
• Assist with loading raw materials via overhead crane or forklift
• Transport raw materials around the facility ensuring safety and efficiency
• Support in lifting and moving heavy loads as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a production environment is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery, forklifts, and perform quality inspections
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge

• Machinery operation and setup
• Forklift operation (sit-down)
• Time management and organization
• Attention to detail and safety-minded approach
• Basic math and quality inspection skills
