Position: Threading Operator
Pay: $18.00
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Joliet, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Threading Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Operate machinery in the manufacturing process of steel parts
Set up equipment and inspect materials for quality compliance
Assist with loading raw materials via overhead crane or forklift
Transport raw materials around the facility ensuring safety and efficiency
Support in lifting and moving heavy loads as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a production environment is a plus
Ability to operate machinery, forklifts, and perform quality inspections
Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge

Skills

Machinery operation and setup
Forklift operation (sit-down)
Time management and organization
Attention to detail and safety-minded approach
Basic math and quality inspection skills
